Bottleless Water Coolers
Freestanding hot and cold water coolers on your own water line, purified by reverse osmosis. The workhorse of the break room.

Overview
A bottleless cooler looks like the water cooler you already know, minus the bottle. It connects to your building’s water line, purifies the water with reverse osmosis, and pours it cold or hot. Many of ours also keep their own tanks clean with UV light.
Most businesses we talk to already have one. The trouble is usually the company behind it: an old unit, nobody answering the phone, filters nobody remembers to change. Or it’s a store-bought cooler that has quietly gotten gunked up.
Switching is one call. We install a new machine, look after it, and schedule the maintenance so the water keeps tasting right. If it ever stops working, the service call is free.
Why businesses choose it.
Better than bottled
Reverse osmosis takes out the hardness and the chlorine taste of Utah tap water before it reaches the cup.
Cold and hot
Cold water all day, and hot water for tea, cocoa and oatmeal.
Kept clean
Many of our coolers sanitize their own tanks with UV light, and we come back on a schedule to change the filters.
A new machine
Switching from an old unit means a new one in its place. People notice the difference.
What comes with it.
Installed by our own technicians and looked after for as long as you have it.
Installed by our own technicians
We tee off an existing water line with small tubing, usually right where your old cooler stood.
Free service calls
If it isn’t working, we fix it or swap it, as often as you need. Most calls are handled the same day.
Maintenance we schedule
Every 12 to 18 months we change the filters and check the machine. We reach out, so you don’t have to.

What is a bottleless water cooler?
A water cooler that connects to your building’s water line instead of using bottles. Ours purify the water with reverse osmosis and pour it cold or hot, and it never runs out.
Is the water better than tap water?
Yes. Every system uses multi-stage reverse osmosis: sediment, carbon, an RO membrane and a polishing filter. It takes out the hardness and the chlorine taste.
We already have a cooler. Can we switch?
Yes. Most of our customers switched from another provider or a store-bought unit. We’ll plan the timing with you and usually install in the same spot.
What do you need to install one?
A water line we can tee off, a drain for the reverse osmosis system, and a power outlet nearby. We check all three at the site visit.
How often do the filters get changed?
We schedule preventative maintenance about every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then. How fast filters wear depends on your water and how much you use.
Can we try one first?
Yes. We’ll install it free for a week, then follow up to see how it went. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.
