Commercial Water & Ice Systems in West Valley City
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 15 minutes from our shop.

Serving West Valley City
West Valley City does a lot of its work in warehouses. The north end along 2100 South and SR-201 is lined with distribution centers, manufacturers and contractors' yards, and more industrial buildings stretch west toward Bangerter Highway. Mixed in are the office buildings of Lake Park off 2100 South, the shops and service businesses along 3500 South, and the city center at Fairbourne Station next to Valley Fair and the Decker Lake district.
That mix means two kinds of break rooms. The office ones need a clean cooler and maybe ice. The warehouse and shop ones need cold water and ice for a crew that's on its feet all shift, especially in July. We handle both, from our Salt Lake City shop about 15 minutes away. Our technicians are our own employees, and most service calls are taken care of the same day; nearly all the rest, the next day.
Most West Valley businesses we talk to have a cooler already. It came from a provider that stopped coming out, or it's a store-bought unit nobody maintains. Try one of ours free for a week. 98% of businesses that do keep it.

West Valley City water.
Most of West Valley City gets its water from Granger-Hunter Improvement District, which blends six deep wells with treated surface water from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. The district's 2026 water quality report puts average hardness at about 176 mg/L, roughly 10 grains per gallon, and calls it moderately hard to hard. The district also treats some of its wells for naturally occurring iron and manganese, which can affect taste and color. None of that is a health problem, but hard water leaves scale in ice machines and heating tanks and a mineral taste in the cup. Every system we install runs your water through reverse osmosis, which takes out most of those minerals and the chlorine taste. EWG's tap water reports also flag a few contaminants in Utah water above EWG health guidelines, and reverse osmosis reduces many of them.
Typical hardness
about 10 gpg (grains per gallon) on average

Do you work with warehouses and shops in West Valley City, or just offices?
Both. Offices are a big part of what we do, but plenty of our West Valley customers are warehouses, manufacturers, tire and auto shops and contractors along 2100 South and SR-201. A crew working a full shift needs cold water close by, and often ice. We size the machine to your space and headcount at the site visit.
How quickly can you get to a West Valley City business?
We're about 15 minutes away in Salt Lake City, and the technician who shows up works for us. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. Service calls are free: if a machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it.
How hard is the water in West Valley City?
Granger-Hunter Improvement District, which serves most of the city, reports an average of about 176 mg/L in its 2026 water quality report, roughly 10 grains per gallon. That's enough to scale up ice machines and leave a mineral taste. Our systems purify your water with reverse osmosis, and we schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then.
Our warehouse has no break room. Can you still put in a cooler?
Usually. We need a water line we can tee off, a drain and power nearby, and most shop floors have all three somewhere. Our sales rep walks the space with you, finds a spot that works for the crew, and we run small tubing to it and clean up after ourselves.
