Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Lehi
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 30 minutes from our shop.

Serving Lehi
Lehi is where the Silicon Slopes name comes from. Along the I-15 tech corridor, glass office buildings line Ashton Boulevard and Executive Parkway around Thanksgiving Point, and the Thanksgiving Park office complex sits a short walk from the Lehi FrontRunner station. Up the hill, Traverse Mountain adds more offices along Traverse Parkway and Triumph Boulevard. Most of those floors are full of software, sales and support teams who spend the whole day at their desks, refilling the same bottle.
It isn't all tech. Downtown Lehi along Main Street has its share of small professional offices, and the city's growth has brought dental and medical practices, gyms and new schools with it. Every one of them has a break room that needs cold water, and usually ice.
Our shop is in Salt Lake City, about 30 minutes south over the Point of the Mountain, and the technicians who come to Lehi are our own employees. Most service calls get finished the same day, and nearly all the rest the next. If the cooler you have now came from a provider that went quiet, or from a store, put one of ours in for a free week. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.

Lehi water.
Lehi City's 2025 water quality report lists seven wells and three springs as the city's own sources, plus treated surface water from the Central Utah Water Conservancy District. The report doesn't publish a hardness number, but Utah water is generally hard, and well water tends to carry more of the calcium and magnesium that leave scale in hot tanks and ice machines and a flat, chalky taste in the glass. EWG's tap water reports also flag a few contaminants in Utah water above EWG health guidelines. Every system we install runs your building's water through reverse osmosis, which takes out most of those minerals along with the chlorine taste and smell.

Lehi is across the Point of the Mountain from Salt Lake. How fast can you get here?
Fast. Lehi is about 30 minutes from our Salt Lake City shop, and our own technicians make the drive. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. Service calls are free: if your cooler or ice machine stops working, we fix it or swap it.
Do you work with tech offices on Silicon Slopes?
Yes, offices are most of what we do. That includes software and support teams around Thanksgiving Point and Traverse Mountain, and professional offices downtown. We also work with clinics, dental practices, gyms, schools and shops in Lehi. If people are on site all day, they need drinking water, and usually ice.
Is Lehi's water hard?
Lehi's annual water quality report doesn't list a hardness figure, but Utah water is generally hard, and Lehi draws much of its supply from wells and springs. Hard water leaves scale inside coolers and ice machines and can taste chalky. Our systems purify your building's water with reverse osmosis, and we schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then.
Do you also cover American Fork, Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain?
Yes. We cover American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Draper and the rest of northern Utah County, and the whole state of Utah beyond it. You get the same phone number, the same people in Salt Lake answering it and the same technicians, wherever your office is.
