Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Orem
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 35 minutes from our shop.

Serving Orem
Orem's offices sit in a few clear pockets. The biggest is the run of software and tech buildings along Technology Way and Research Way on the north end of town, between 1200 North and 1600 North. Further south, University Place mixes office buildings in with the shopping, and the blocks around Utah Valley University fill up with professional suites, clinics and training rooms. State Street ties it all together with dental offices, auto and tire shops and small businesses from one end of town to the other, and the west side along Geneva Road is warehouses, flex space and contractors' shops.
Our shop is in Salt Lake City, about 35 minutes north of Orem on I-15. The technician who comes out is one of our own employees, not a subcontractor, and most service calls are wrapped up the same day you call. Nearly everything else is done the next day. A real person in Salt Lake answers the phone.
If your break room already has a cooler, there's a good chance nobody has opened it up in a long time. Let us put one of ours in for a free week and see whether your team notices the difference. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.

Orem water.
Orem blends two kinds of water. About 60% is surface water from the Provo River, Deer Creek and Jordanelle, treated at the Don A. Christiansen Regional Water Treatment Plant; the rest comes from nine deep wells and two springs in Provo Canyon. The city's 2026 water quality report puts hardness at 7 to 25 grains per gallon across its own wells and springs, and 6.55 to 9 grains per gallon in the treated surface water, so how hard your tap runs depends on the mix reaching your building. Hardness isn't a health concern, but it scales up ice machines and heating tanks and gives water a mineral taste. Every system we install purifies your water with reverse osmosis, which takes out most of that hardness along with chlorine taste and smell. EWG's tap water reports also list a few contaminants in Utah water above EWG health guidelines, and reverse osmosis reduces many of those too.
Typical hardness
about 6.5–25 gpg (grains per gallon), depending on the source

How fast can a technician get to our office in Orem?
Orem is about 35 minutes from our Salt Lake City shop, and our own technicians cover it. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest are done the next day. Service calls are free: if the cooler or ice machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it.
Which Orem businesses do you work with?
Mostly offices: the tech and software companies along Technology Way and Research Way, professional suites at University Place and around Utah Valley University, and the clinics and dental offices on State Street. We also look after warehouses and shops on the west side by Geneva Road. Any business with people on site all day needs good drinking water.
Is Orem's water hard?
It can be. The City of Orem's 2026 water quality report lists 7 to 25 grains per gallon from the city's wells and springs and 6.55 to 9 grains per gallon in treated surface water, and the two are blended. That range is why some Orem break rooms fight white scale and others barely notice it. Our systems run your water through reverse osmosis, and we come back for maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then.
We have offices in Orem and Lehi. Can one company handle both?
Yes. We cover all of Utah County, from Lehi and American Fork down through Orem, Provo and Springville, and the rest of the state too. Every location gets the same phone number, the same technicians and the same maintenance schedule.
