Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Salt Lake City

Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 15 minutes from our shop.

Serving Salt Lake City

Downtown Salt Lake City fits more workplaces into a few blocks than anywhere else in Utah: corporate offices around City Creek, law firms along Main Street and South Temple, and city, county and state offices in the blocks between. We're based in Salt Lake City, about 15 minutes from downtown, so getting a technician to your building is a short drive.

Step out of downtown and the mix changes. Sugar House and the Granary District are full of agencies, studios and professional offices. Research Park, up by the University of Utah, has labs and tech companies. And the warehouses and distribution buildings out by the airport run crews that go through water and ice all shift long.

Most Salt Lake City businesses we talk to already have a cooler. It came from a company that stopped showing up, or from a store, and nobody has touched it since. We put in a new reverse-osmosis unit on your own water line, schedule its maintenance so you don't have to, and send our own technicians when something goes wrong. Service calls are free.

Salt Lake City water.

Most of Salt Lake City's water comes from Wasatch canyon streams, treated at three city plants, with groundwater wells added to the mix. It's hard water, and harder where well water comes in. You see it as white scale on ice machine parts and heating elements, and you taste it in the glass. EWG's tap water reports for Utah systems also flag a few contaminants above EWG health guidelines. Every system we install runs your water through reverse osmosis, which takes out most of those minerals along with the chlorine taste and smell.

Typical hardness

7–12 gpg (121–198 mg/L) at city treatment plants; city wells 9–29 gpg (157–487 mg/L)

Questions from Salt Lake City businesses.

Anything else, just call. A real person picks up. 801-609-4321

If our cooler stops working, how soon can someone get to us in Salt Lake City?

Usually the same day. Most of our service calls are finished the day they come in, and nearly all the rest are done the next day. When you call, a real person here in Salt Lake answers, not a call center, and the technician who shows up works for us. Service calls are free: we fix the machine or swap it.

We already have a water cooler from another company. Why would we switch?

Usually for the same reason other Salt Lake City offices did: the old company stopped answering and stopped coming out. We schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then, without you having to ask. You also get a new machine instead of one that's been sitting in the break room for years.

Is Salt Lake City's water hard enough to matter?

Yes. The city's 2025 water quality report puts hardness at roughly 7 to 12 grains per gallon from its treatment plants, and higher where well water enters the system. That's what leaves scale on ice machines and a mineral taste in the glass. Our systems run your water through reverse osmosis first, and the scheduled maintenance keeps them working against it.

How do we try one in our office?

Send us a request and we'll reach out within 1 business day. A sales rep comes out, finds the spot (we need a water line, a drain and power nearby), and helps you pick the right machine. Then we install it free for a week so your team can try it. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.
