Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Layton
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 35 minutes from our shop.

Serving Layton
Layton is Davis County's biggest city, and Hill Air Force Base shapes a lot of its working life. On the base's east side, East Gate Business Park is home to aerospace, defense and composites firms, many with an engineering office, a shop floor and a break room. Across town, offices and shops cluster around Layton Hills Mall and the Hill Field Road interchange on I-15, along Antelope Drive, and on Main Street near the FrontRunner station, where newer buildings put offices over storefronts.
Layton is also where north Davis County goes to the doctor. There's a hospital on Antelope Drive and another on Layton Parkway at the south end of town, and dental and medical offices fill the blocks around both. Those offices need cold water for staff and a clean glass for patients, every day.
We serve Layton from our shop in Salt Lake City, about 35 minutes up I-15. Our technicians are our own employees, and most service calls are done the same day, with nearly all the rest done the next. If your office has a cooler nobody looks after anymore, try one of ours free for a week. 98% of businesses that do keep it.

Layton water.
Layton blends groundwater from its own wells with treated water it buys from the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, so what comes out of the tap depends on the season and where your building sits in the city. Weber Basin's 2025 Consumer Confidence Report puts the hardness of its water at 10 to 18 grains per gallon. That's hard water. It isn't a health issue, but it leaves scale in hot tanks and ice machines and can taste flat or chalky. Every system we install runs your building's water through reverse osmosis at the machine, so the water tastes the same whichever source is in the pipes that week. EWG's tap water reports also flag some contaminants in Utah water above EWG health guidelines, and reverse osmosis reduces many of those as well.
Typical hardness
10–18 gpg (grains per gallon)

Layton is a ways north of Salt Lake City. How fast do you get here?
It's about 35 minutes up I-15 from our shop, and our own technicians make the drive. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. Service calls are free: if a cooler or ice machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it.
What kinds of Layton businesses do you work with?
Offices first, along Antelope Drive, around Layton Hills Mall and on Main Street. We also work with the aerospace and defense firms in East Gate Business Park, the medical and dental offices near the Antelope Drive and Layton Parkway hospitals, and plenty of shops and warehouses. Anywhere people work on site all day, they need drinking water, and usually ice.
How hard is Layton's water?
Hard. Layton mixes water from its own wells with water from the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Weber Basin's 2025 report puts its water at 10 to 18 grains per gallon. Our systems purify your building's water with reverse osmosis at the machine. We schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then, so scale doesn't build up and the water keeps tasting clean.
Do you cover the rest of Davis County?
Yes: Kaysville, Clearfield, Syracuse, Clinton, Farmington, Centerville and Bountiful, and the whole state of Utah beyond. If you have a second location in Ogden or Salt Lake City, the same people answer the phone and the same technicians look after it.
